Eric Rowzee is the owner and president of Werco and accountable for overseeing operations and market growth. A native of Baton Rouge, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from LSU. He began his career at Werco in 1999 and has extensive experience in project estimating and managing projects while providing high-level customer service. His leadership and teamwork hold the core values of Dedication, Integrity, and Dependability, which are the company's foundations.
Cindy joined our team as office manager in 2005. Since then, she has continued to grow her career through project management and is currently heading the department. In 2021 she was promoted to Vice President, providing technical and administrative direction for our team. With over 15 years in commercial construction, she has overseen some of our largest projects. As a die-hard LSU fan, she enjoys attending as many events to support her Tigers!
Michael joined the Werco team in the Summer of 2023 after long careers with both Apple and AT&T, both in retail management. He has expertise in leadership, developing high preforming individuals, and is highly trained in various technologies including mobile computing and information technology. He enjoys spending time with his family both at home and vacationing. He also likes watching movies and is a casual gamer.
Christian joined the Werco team in February of 2024. He is from Baton Rouge and has a degree in Construction Management from LSU. He has invaluable experience in Commercial and Residential construction. In his free time, Christian enjoys many hobbies including cooking, gaming, and watching sports—especially LSU. He is a true people-person and finds joy in helping others and spending time with friends and family.
Brandon joined our team as project estimator in April 2024. He is from New Roads, LA and graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from LSU in 2020 and with an MBA from Baylor University in 2022. After careers in sales at HPE in Houston, and marketing at FedEx in Memphis, he decided to bring his skills back home to Louisiana and join the Werco family. He has expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and is very passionate about driving business results and finding new opportunities. His hobbies include cooking, sports, golfing, fishing, music, and movies.
Ethan is a natural when it comes to project management and customer service and we are lucky to have him on our team. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology - University of Louisiana Lafayette 2017. He has experience in both field operations and project management. Other skills include estimating, scheduling, and procurement of materials. Ethan's other interests include LSU Baseball, golf, fishing, and hunting, and especially duck hunting with his lab 'Otis'.
Brittany, another of Werco's terrific project managers, graduated in 2019 with Honors from BRCC for her Associate of Science in Construction Project Management. She holds a vast amount of experience in many aspects of the construction industry which includes Division 10. She grew up in Watson, LA and enjoys being outdoors and hanging out with her family and friends.
Shannon joined the Werco team in 2022 after a long career of leading teams with Apple. Her expertise include customer acquisition, project management, recruiting, communication, and customer service. In her free time, Shannon enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and spending time at her camp on Lake Catherine with her husband, Mike, and friends.
Carly is currently an LSU student majoring in Accounting. She will graduate in December of 2023. She plans to continue her education with acquiring a Master of Accountancy degree, along with her CPA license by December of 2024. Carly loves to be active outdoors and hang out with family and friends.
Anette Rowzee is the office administrator at Werco. A native of Baton Rouge, she started at Werco in 2011. She overseas the financial data, financial entries, and assists the office manager with account payables and receivable reconciliation. In 2022 Anette retired from her administrative duties.

As one of the first employees, Keith started off working in the warehouse and worked his way up to Vice President of the company. He also designed Werco's original logo which we still continuing using today. Keith was one of the nicest people anyone could meet and has touched everyone's life in a loving and caring way. He has left a positive impact here at Werco and he will be missed by everyone.
