For us, contacting WERCO for our Div. 10 & specialty items is 'standard operation procedure.'  Ethan McGrew is always quick to get us the info, or product we need, and more importantly, if a problem arises the entire WERCO team pulls together for a fast solution.

Werco was our supplier for a large project in Huntsville. We had everything from standard specialties to large glass markerboards. Shannon was helpful navigating the submittal process, getting orders submitted and staying on top of delivery tracking. Shannon is very responsive, immediately jumping into things when we had additional requests or questions. When we did have issues come up due to shipping damages, Shannon worked with the manufacturer to get things corrected the right way and material coming to us when we needed it. We would be happy to use Werco again for our Division 10 specialty needs!
